Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated by weight. These costs are based on Australia Post rates, as the couriers we use.

Tax

10% GST (Goods and Services Tax) is included on every order and does not come at any extra cost to the customer.

Returns & Refunds

All refund requests need to be made within 30 days of purchase. Any refund requests made outside this period will not be processed. Personalised items are not eligible for refund. Any physical products that you wish to return need to be shipped at your expense. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Damaged Items

We pack all orders with care to reduce the risk of damage during shipping. We are not liable for any damage that occurs during the shipping process. However, if an item in severely damaged, please send photographic evidence to lorelei.johnson20@gmail.com so we can look into a solution for you.
